Where we started

LBBM is a family-owned business built on lived experience, resilience, and a deep understanding of what home truly means.
Founded by Loveness, who arrived in Australia as an immigrant with two young children, the journey began with uncertainty, determination, and the challenge of building a life without family support in a new country.
A defining moment came when the property they were living in was unexpectedly sold, and they were asked to leave the keys in the letterbox on a set day - with no sense of security or control over what came next.
That experience shaped everything.
It highlighted how important having a stable roof over your head is - but also revealed something more powerful: the importance of ownership and strategic property investment in creating security, choice, and long-term stability.
LBBM was built on this foundation.
Today, we help individuals and families not only find a place to call home, but also build wealth through smart, strategic investment properties - so they can create options, not uncertainty.

Independent representation
LBBM works exclusively for buyers. We have never sold a property on behalf of a vendor, and we never will. We do not accept referral fees from agents, developers, or mortgage brokers. When we recommend something, the only incentive behind that recommendation is your outcome.
Lived experience
Loveness has been a buyer in the Perth market. She has navigated housing uncertainty as an immigrant with a young family. She knows what it feels like to have security taken away without warning. That experience creates a different kind of empathy with clients, particularly those buying for the first time or those under financial pressure.
Long-term relationships
Settlement is the beginning of the relationship, not the end. We call clients after they move in. We provide market updates when conditions change in their suburb. We are available when they are considering their next move. Several past clients have since referred family members or returned to us for a second purchase.
